Steve Elliott is a founding partner and president/CEO of Dynafios. Steve brings more than a decade of hospital and health system leadership, coupled with another decade of experience in international sales and marketing. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Louisville, followed by a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Missouri.
Tina Brinton is a founding partner and chief operating officer. Tina began her career as an Intensive Care nurse and moved rapidly through the nursing leadership ranks. In 1998, she began her career as a senior consultant and partner in two consulting firms before co-founding Dynafios. Her work has been recognized by the American Academy of Medical Administrators in cardiovascular service lines and she holds a BSN in Nursing from the University of Missouri.
Jim Smith serves as vice president of Analytics and Finance at Dynafios. Jim comes to Dynafios with more than 25 years of experience in analytics and finance. His background includes six years as chief financial offer of Hasselblad USA, a manufacturer and distributor of high end optical equipment and serving as director of Equity Accounting at Floserve, a fortune 500 manufacturer. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
William (Bill) Walter leads new business development by helping hospitals and healthcare systems achieve value through measurable results. Bill has a proven background in driving growth and performance improvements through revenue cycle services, analytics and cloud-based technologies. Bill’s background includes UnitedHealth Group’s Optum, Xerox Global Services and Kinetic Concepts. Bill holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from DeVry University.
