  • Steve Elliott, MHA

    President and CEO

    Steve Elliott serves as President and CEO at Dynafios, a respected healthcare advisory and product delivery company. With more than three decades of leadership in healthcare Steve is the driving force behind the company’s continued innovation and growth.

    Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Louisville, followed by a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Missouri.

  • Tina Brinton

    Chief Operating Officer

    Tina Brinton serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Dynafios. With more than four decades in healthcare, Tina brings a strong leadership style to drive results and ensure the Dynafios team delivers unwavering results.

    Tina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Missouri Western State University and is a highly respected thought leader throughout the healthcare industry.

  • Eric G. Hutzell, MPH

    Executive Director, Analytics

    Eric Hutzell serves as the Executive Director for the Dynafios Analytics team. With more than two decades of experience in analytics and leadership, Eric has a growth mindset and is a visionary in Healthcare Analytics and strives to move Dynafios forward in an ever-changing field.

    Eric has earned a Bachelor’s of Public Health in Global Health and a Master’s of Public Health in Healthcare Policy and Management, both from Kent State University.

  • Heather Lorenz, MSN, BSN

    Executive Director, Consulting

    Heather has acquired more than 20 years in healthcare, with 15 years in clinical leadership roles in neurovascular, emergency, critical care, telemetry and patient logistics center. Heather’s experience includes service line manager of a multiple hospital system neuroscience program and Level 2 trauma center. She has acquired considerable experience developing programs to reduce risk and enhance clinical outcomes, and increasing satisfaction among patients, providers and clinical staff. In her consulting career she has led many engagements for a variety of service lines.

  • Christine Killeen

    Executive Director, Client Experience

    Christine is responsible for implementation success, has legal expertise in contracts and fair market value. She previously worked at the Cleveland Clinic and Sisters of Charity Health System in Ohio. She graduated from Cazenovia College, – Associates Degree in Arts, Cuyahoga Community College – Associates Degree in Science and is based out of Lakewood, Ohio.

  • Jill Friedl

    Director of Operations

    Jill has been in Healthcare Administration for 10 years. She started her career as a lab clerk and worked her way up into Hospital Management. She worked as a COVID Response coordinator for the State of Oklahoma, organizing COVID Response teams around the state. Jill also worked in Birth Defects Registry collecting data for the CDC.

  • Michael Mistler

    Technical Product Manager

    As our Technical Product Manager, Michael brings 30 years of IT and product experience to Dynafios, having worked for several fortune 100 companies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and two Master’s degrees from Coastal Carolina University, where he also taught as a professor. Michael is passionate about technology, our clients, and his family.

    Customer Support Manager

    Chase has 7 years in the healthcare industry. He brings 20 years of customer service experience. Born in Washington State and a graduate of WSU, Chase is a lover of gardening, hiking and a proud supporter of all Seattle sports teams.

  • Stacy Garcia, BSN, MBA

    Senior Consultant

    Stacy Garcia, MBA, BSN, Senior Consultant, brings 25 years of healthcare experience, with 17 years in hospital management and operations. Stacy has demonstrated success in comprehensive critical care, quality improvement, change management, start-ups/divestures, along with strategic program growth and development. She has successfully led award winning teams to achieve accreditations, such as Primary Stroke, Hip/Knee, Chest Pain with PCI, and Heart Care Center of Distinction. She is an active member of the American College of Cardiology’s Task Force for Performance Improvement.

  • Kelly Witter, MSN, RN

    Senior Consultant

    Kelly Witter, MSN, Senior Consultant brings over 25 years of healthcare experience with 20 years in senior leadership positions. Kelly demonstrated success in standardizing operations, evaluating compensation, onboarding new providers, and building a team of physicians that led the physician network through a formal physician leadership council. Kelly is known as a subject matter expert in oncology, palliative care, hospice, women health, pediatrics, hospital medicine, and provider networks. She is also a faculty University teaching in the nursing and health science programs.

  • Chauncey Evers, BSN, RN

    Senior Consultant

    Chauncey Evers RN, BSN Senior Consultant brings 11 years of healthcare leadership in academic and community-based organizations. She has a track record of driving successful change within health systems. She is a subject matter expert in critical care, neuroscience, case management, workers’ compensation, research, telehealth, and data management. Her publications include an article related to the neuroscience field for stroke research “Comparison of Code Stroke Response Times Between Emergency Department and Inpatient Settings in a Primary Stroke Center”.

  • Cassandra Couey, MSN, RN

    Senior Consultant

    With nearly two decades in healthcare, Cassy has a wide range of experience including critical care, emergency care, surgical care, cardiovascular care, leadership, and quality.

    Cassy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Health Informatics from Grand Canyon University.
